本免責事項は、当店が販売するフィギュア用衣装・アクセサリー等（以下「本製品」）に適用されます。ご購入前に必ずお読みください。あわせて［返品・返金ポリシー］および［特定商取引法に基づく表記］もご確認ください。
1. 商品内容
- 本製品は衣装・アクセサリー等のみであり、フィギュア本体・台座等は含まれません。
- 掲載画像はイメージです。表示環境や照明等により、色味・質感・見え方が実物と異なる場合があります。
2. 対象年齢・安全
- 本製品はコレクター向け（目安：14歳以上）であり、玩具ではありません。
- 小さな部品が含まれる／発生する場合があります。誤飲等の危険があるため、3歳未満のお子さまには与えないでください。
- お子さま・ペットの手の届かない場所で保管してください。
3. 用途の限定
本製品はフィギュア用です。人や動物への装着・使用、または本来用途以外の使用はしないでください。
4. 互換性・適合
- 商品ページに実測寸法、素材特性（伸縮等）、確認済みのブランド／モデル等を記載する場合がありますが、最終的な適合はフィギュアの個体差、素材特性、装着方法等により異なります。
- 記載の名称は互換性の参考表示であり、各商標・名称は各権利者に帰属します。当店は当該権利者と提携・協賛・公式認定等の関係にあることを意味しません。
5. 取付・取扱い・お手入れ
- 無理な着脱、過度な引っぱり、鋭利な器具の使用は破損の原因となります。装着は自己責任で慎重に行ってください。
- 素材や保管環境により、PVC／ビニール等への色移りが生じる場合があります。長時間の密着や高温多湿を避け、必要に応じて定期的に脱着してください。
- お手入れは、商品ごとの注意表示に従ってください（例：手洗いのみ、漂白不可、乾燥機不可、高温アイロン不可等）。
- 磁石／金属／ボタン／面ファスナー等を使用する商品は、電子機器・医療機器（例：ペースメーカー）に近づけないでください。
6. 個体差・許容公差
製造特性上、寸法の許容差、縫製や仕上がりの個体差、素材特性による差異等が生じる場合があります。
7. 責任の制限
- 法令により認められる範囲で、(i) 本来用途以外の使用、(ii) 不適切な取扱い、(iii) 商品ページ・注意表示・推奨手順に反する使用、 (iv) ユーザーの保管環境・使用環境に起因する破損・汚損・事故等について、当店は責任を負いません。
- 法令により認められる範囲で、当店は間接損害・特別損害・結果損害・逸失利益等について責任を負いません。
- ただし、本製品に契約不適合（初期不良・発送商品の間違い等）がある場合は、当店の［返品・返金ポリシー］に従い、交換または返金等で対応します。
- 本項は、当店の故意または重過失による損害についての責任を否定するものではなく、また消費者の法定の権利を制限するものではありません。
8. 海外向け注文について（該当時）
海外配送のご注文では、購入者が輸入者（Importer of Record）となり、関税・税金・通関手続・輸入規制の遵守等は購入者の負担／責任となります。
9. 準拠法・裁判管轄・言語
- 本免責事項は日本法に準拠します。
- 本製品に関して生じる紛争は、訴額に応じ東京地方裁判所または東京簡易裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄とします（消費者の法定の裁判地を妨げません）。

1. What’s Included
Products include garments/accessories only; figure bodies/stands are not included.
Photos are illustrative. Actual colors/textures may vary depending on displays and lighting.
2. Age & Safety
For collectors (guideline: ages 14+). Not a toy.
Products may contain or generate small parts. Not for children under 3 due to choking hazards.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
3. Intended Use
For figures only. Do not use on humans/animals or for any unintended purpose.
4. Compatibility & Fit
Product pages may provide measurements, material characteristics (e.g., stretch), and verified brands/models; however, final fit depends on individual figure dimensions/materials and fitting method.
Brand/model names are provided for compatibility reference; all trademarks belong to their owners. We are not affiliated, sponsored, or officially endorsed.
5. Fitting, Handling & Care
- Forcing fit, excessive pulling, or using sharp tools may cause damage. Fit at your own risk and with care.
- Color transfer to PVC/vinyl may occur depending on materials and storage conditions. Avoid prolonged contact and heat/humidity; remove periodically as needed.
- Follow item-specific care notes (e.g., hand wash only; no bleach, tumble dry, or high-heat ironing).
- Items using magnets/metals/buttons/hook-and-loop should be kept away from electronic/medical devices (e.g., pacemakers).
6. Variations & Tolerances
Due to production characteristics, reasonable measurement tolerances and variations in stitching/finishing/material behavior may occur.
7. Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage/soiling/accidents caused by (i) unintended use, (ii) improper handling, (iii) deviation from product-page/care instructions or recommended procedures, or (iv) the user’s storage/use environment.
- To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim indirect, special, consequential damages, and lost profits.
- However, if there is non-conformity/defect (e.g., initial defects or wrong items shipped), we will provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our [Return/Refund Policy].
- Nothing here excludes liability for our willful misconduct or gross negligence, and consumers’ statutory rights remain unaffected.
8. International Orders (If Applicable)
For international shipments, the buyer acts as the Importer of Record and is responsible for duties, taxes, customs procedures, and compliance with import regulations.
9. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Language
Governed by the laws of Japan.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance, without prejudicing consumers’ statutory court choices.
The Japanese version shall prevail; the English version is for reference only.
