予約注文（プレオーダー）について
予約注文とは、現在の在庫がない商品でも、あらかじめご注文をお約束できる仕組みです。
お目当ての商品を確実にお手元へお迎えしたいお客様へ、特におすすめのご注文方法となっております。
お届け時期について
ご予約商品は、ハンドメイドによる製作、または商品の入荷手配等をおこなうため、お届けまでにお時間をいただいております。
通常、ご注文完了から約2週間ほどでお届けいたします。
※当店の商品は一つひとつ丁寧にお作りするハンドメイド製品が中心ですが、一部商品（既製品など）につきましても、入荷手配の都合上、同様のお時間を頂戴しております。
※沖縄県・北海道・離島へのお届けは、通常の配送スケジュールよりさらに数日お時間を頂戴する場合がございます。あらかじめご了承くださいませ。
複数点のご注文と「分納（分割発送）」に関する重要なお願い
システム上、現在の在庫数を超えてご注文いただくことが可能ですが、在庫が不足している分は「分納（分割発送）」となります。
■ 例：在庫が「1点」の商品を「2点」ご注文いただいた場合
- 1点目（在庫あり分）：準備が整い次第、先に通常発送いたします。
- 2点目（在庫なし分）：予約注文扱いとなり、商品がご用意でき次第（約2週間後）別途発送いたします。
■ ご注意事項：
意図しない分割発送を防ぐため、ご注文を確定される前に「現在の在庫数を超えた数量になっていないか」をカート画面にて十分にご確認くださいますようお願いいたします。
ご注文のキャンセルについて
お客様へ商品を確実にお届けするため、ご注文後ただちに製作および手配の準備に入ります。
そのため、誠に恐れ入りますが、ご予約商品はご注文完了から「6時間を経過した場合」のキャンセルはお受けできかねます。何卒ご理解賜りますようお願い申し上げます。
About Pre-Orders
A pre-order allows you to secure an item that is currently out of stock before it becomes available again.
We highly recommend this option for customers who want to guarantee they receive their desired items.
Estimated Delivery Time
Pre-order items require additional time for handcrafted production or restocking arrangements.
Typically, pre-orders are delivered within approximately 2 weeks from the time your order is confirmed.
*Note: While most of our items are carefully handcrafted one by one, some non-handmade items (such as ready-made goods) may also require the same lead time due to restocking procedures.
*Note: Deliveries to remote areas, including Okinawa and Hokkaido, may require a few additional days beyond the standard delivery schedule. We appreciate your understanding.
Important Notice: Multiple Items and Split Shipping
Our system allows you to add items to your cart even if the quantity exceeds our current on-hand inventory. If your order includes more items than we currently have in stock, the unavailable items will be automatically placed on backorder, resulting in Split Shipping.
■ Example: If you order 2 units of an item, but only 1 unit is currently in stock:
- 1st Unit (In-Stock): Will be processed and shipped immediately as a standard order.
- 2nd Unit (Out-of-Stock): Will be treated as a pre-order and shipped separately once it is ready (in approx. 2 weeks).
■ Please Note:
To avoid unexpected split shipments, please carefully review your cart before finalizing your order to ensure the quantities match your shipping preferences.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure prompt delivery, we begin the production and sourcing process immediately after an order is placed.
For this reason, we cannot accept cancellations for pre-order items once 6 hours have passed from the time of purchase. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
